Sumanth Agencies was formed in the year 2000 as a steel trading firm dealing with various kinds of steel wires in the region of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, represented by its proprietor, Mr. S. Shiva Shankar. From 2005 the firm was associated with Usha Martin Limited as a liaisoning agent as well as a dealer for their various products of steel wires, including LRPC and their small Division material for prestressing applications for metros, flyovers, bridges and infrastructure applications.
In the year 2024, Sumanth Agencies was also included in the Wire rope dealership for the region of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh by Usha Martin Limited.
